Hey I recently lost my job and past one month has been kind of hard for me. I got a freelance work to make this Wedding invitation animation. after he viewed one of my Flash movies that was recently featured on NG Don't Miss Her Wedding
Thing is if anyone needs my services in ANY way animation, design, graphics, etc. done in Flash please let me know here or by sending me a PM with your requirements. My rates are very reasonable with prompt delivery even before the assigned deadline. The below video is my company 'Impact Multimedia' showreel with projects I've done in the past.

It sounds like you've fallen in with the unemployed artist crowd. You could go into retail like most of them do, but I would suggest you take this period of unemployment to go and volunteer your services. Never hurts to bolster your resume, and being that it's the holidays, there's no shortage of people and organizations that need help. A local hospital or animal shelter is the modest route, and the Red Cross and Salvation Army always need people.
Just don't get stuck being one of the folks that ring bells in front of walmart.

Hi thanks for your advice. I'm currently thinking of giving my services to an organization called Save The Children but like most social organizations it's mostly volunteer work. I'm sending my resume to as many people as I can. I will stay away from Walmart lol. Ultimatetly my dream is to retail of course. We'll see what happens. Hope for the best I guess!
