It sounds like you've fallen in with the unemployed artist crowd. You could go into retail like most of them do, but I would suggest you take this period of unemployment to go and volunteer your services. Never hurts to bolster your resume, and being that it's the holidays, there's no shortage of people and organizations that need help. A local hospital or animal shelter is the modest route, and the Red Cross and Salvation Army always need people.
Just don't get stuck being one of the folks that ring bells in front of walmart.
Hi thanks for your advice. I'm currently thinking of giving my services to an organization called Save The Children but like most social organizations it's mostly volunteer work. I'm sending my resume to as many people as I can. I will stay away from Walmart lol. Ultimatetly my dream is to retail of course. We'll see what happens. Hope for the best I guess!
