Excellent playing, but why did you cross your hands after 1:00? Wouldn't it have been easier and more fluid just to keep your left hand on the left and your right hand on the right? Was it just to show off?

I wish I was good enough to play the piano like that. Maybe after another year.

The reason I crossed hands was partly because my left hand is indeed better at rhythm (like Starogre said below) and my right is better at playing the tune, and ofcourse partly to show off a bit to any cute girls that might be viewing this vid lol.

Thanks for the comment! Be sure to upload your own music videos soon :-)

i wish i could play piano. never too late right? how long have you been playing religiously?

and to post above me: it could be that his left hand is better at rhythm and right hand better at melody/precision/accuracy. i could be wrong though

I've known the basics of playing piano since I was 7 and my dad got a Yamaha keyboard with a tutor but really it's been on and off. I just played covers like 'Doogie Howser' tune for my American friends. Then when I moved back to India the school I went to desperately needed a decent keyboardist so I stepped up and played for the choirs, dramas, bands, sports day, etc. Then when I went to college I dropped it for almost 3 years as I got more into animation and stuff, but in the final year there I made a small tune for my short film in 2008 and one of my animation called 'Crickey' and since then I've been practising a bit more... religously as you said, and now that I'm working I have more free time at night to practise and make Youtube vids to improve!

And hey it's never never NEVER too late to learn how to play an instrument as long as you don't give up. Eric Clapton started playing guitar only when he was 13 years old and look where he is now :-)

too bad not so many people have visited this from newgrounds. im sure they'd be impressed. i am.

Hey thanks man! :-)
